Six out of thirteen of KEY’s travel markets weren’t meeting quarterly sales goals. Customers were confused by the business value proposition and unsure how to complete their travel itineraries. Customers were also lacking knowledge on how to fully utilize the business to their full benefit.

Our team used Google Analytics to discover the most popular travel purchases as well as the most failed market offerings. About 10% of users in KEY’s failing markets added travel itinerary items to their cart but did not finalize their purchase. Instead of using a digital service to inquire about travel offerings and the benefits of travel concierge, 25% of users phoned the call center to complete their travel itineraries.
